Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of the COOK mobile app, COOK's web pages and the cookkitchen.fun website (together, "COOK"). By using COOK you agree to them. COOK 2.0 and later also ask you to agree before you serve your first coin. If you don't agree, don't use COOK.
1. What COOK is
COOK is a meme maker with an optional coin launcher. You type a thought or pick a photo, and COOK's AI helps you make a character, memes and stickers you can share (versions before 2.0 make a coin name, ticker, lore and logo). If you choose to, you can launch a token on the Solana blockchain through a launchpad you pick: COOK Kitchen (COOK's pool config on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve) or third-party services such as Pump.fun, Jupiter Studio and Bags.
COOK is non-custodial. It doesn't hold your funds or your private keys, and it can't reverse, block or change a transaction.
2. Who can use COOK
You must be at least 18 and of legal age where you live, and you must follow every law that applies to you, including securities, consumer protection and tax laws. COOK is not directed at, or marketed to, people in the European Union or the United Kingdom, or anywhere its use would be unlawful. You are responsible for checking that your use is lawful where you live.
3. Kitchen rules
These rules apply to everything you make, share or launch with COOK, including prompts, photos, names, tickers, captions, descriptions and links. In COOK 2.0 and later, the Kitchen rules screen in the app is part of these terms.
- No real people: no names, faces or likenesses of real people, famous or not.
- No brands, logos, "official" names, government programs, or characters someone else owns.
- Nothing hateful, harassing, sexual or violent, nothing involving minors, and nothing illegal.
- No impersonating a person, a project or COOK, and no claims that anyone endorses your coin.
- No buying your own coin from extra wallets (bundling), fake volume, sniping, paid shilling, or promises about prices or returns. A chef buy that the app makes inside the launch transaction, where the app offers one, is allowed and is shown on the coin page.
- No using COOK to deceive or defraud anyone, and no interfering with COOK, including getting around its daily limits or launch caps.
4. Reports, hiding and removal
Every AI result in the app has a Report button. In COOK 2.0 and later, coin pages in the app and COOK's web pages have one too. You can also email hello@cookkitchen.fun, including to report content that infringes your rights. COOK reviews reports.
At its discretion and without notice, COOK may:
- hide a coin, or all coins from a creator, from COOK's app and web pages;
- block names, tickers, links or images at its checks;
- stop serving a logo, metadata file or page it hosts, when the law requires it or when the content breaks these terms;
- limit or refuse AI, hosting or other features for a phone, a network or a wallet.
In versions with the coin feed, you can also hide coins from a creator on your own phone. What COOK can't do: remove a coin or its trades from Solana, or change a coin's name or ticker on chain.
5. Your content and AI output
- You are responsible for what you make, share, post and launch, and for the prompts and photos you submit. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.
- AI output can be wrong, odd, or similar to existing work. Review it before you share or launch it. COOK doesn't promise that any output is original or free of other people's rights.
- As between you and COOK, you keep whatever rights you have in your content. You give COOK a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, show and distribute content you submit, launch or report, as needed to run, show and promote COOK (for example on coin pages and in the app). For content published with a coin, the licence lasts as long as COOK hosts or shows it.
- You agree to cover COOK against claims, losses and costs that come from your content, your coins, or your dealings with other people.
6. Launching coins and fees
- You approve every transaction in your own wallet app (for example the Seeker's Seed Vault), and it runs on a public blockchain. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. You are responsible for your wallet, seed phrase and keys.
- Before you sign, the app shows the launch cost and the fees that apply. A launch's cost includes rent for the coin's new accounts, Metaplex's metadata fee where it applies and the network fee.
- Kitchen coins on COOK's current config pay a 1% base trading fee, which can rise to about 1.2% when trading is volatile. On-chain programs enforce the fee and split it between Meteora, the coin's creator and COOK. A different config has its own fee schedule, shown in the app before you launch.
- In the Solana dApp Store version, launches on Pump.fun, Jupiter Studio and Bags add a 0.02 SOL COOK service fee, shown before you sign. The Google Play version charges no service fee. COOK may change its fees; the fee that applies is shown before you sign.
- COOK receives part of the trading fees on Kitchen coins and a share of Bags fees on Bags launches made through COOK. The Kitchen rules screen explains how COOK earns.
- COOK 2.0 and later limit how many coins a wallet or a phone can launch in 24 hours, and how much AI each phone can use per day. These limits can change.
- Pump.fun, Jupiter Studio, Bags, Meteora and Jupiter's trading site are independent services with their own terms and fees. COOK doesn't control them and isn't responsible for their availability, conduct or results.
- COOK isn't a party to any trade of any coin and doesn't trade for you.
7. No financial advice, real risk
Nothing in COOK is investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. Memecoins are highly speculative, have no intrinsic value, may have no market at all, and can lose all of their value. Most new coins don't graduate. Launch facts describe how a coin launched, not where its price goes. COOK doesn't promise that any coin will trade, graduate or earn fees. Don't use money you can't afford to lose.
8. Changes to COOK
COOK may change, suspend or stop any part of COOK at any time, including AI features, launchpads, web pages and hosting, without liability to you.
9. Disclaimers
COOK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. COOK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT COOK WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT ANY AI OUTPUT IS ACCURATE OR ORIGINAL, OR THAT ANY TOKEN WILL FUNCTION, TRADE OR HAVE VALUE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COOK AND THE PEOPLE WHO BUILD IT ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, TOKENS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF COOK. COOK'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE COOK SERVICE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
11. Disputes
Before starting any claim, email hello@cookkitchen.fun with what happened and what you are asking for, and give COOK 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
12. Changes to these terms
COOK may update these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Using COOK after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Privacy
How COOK handles data is in the Privacy Policy.
